Kim Paymaster is the Grant Program Director for the Conservation Alliance where she works to provide funding for the protection of public land and waterways and elevating equity and indigenous leadership. Prior to this, Kim served as a Program Officer at the Pew Charitable Trusts where she supported social service organizations in the greater Philadelphia region. Her work with grantees has been informed by her previous experiences managing a sports-based youth development organization and supporting community-based juvenile justice efforts in Washington, D.C. Kim lives in the Francisville neighborhood of Philadelphia with her husband and daughter.
Fun Fact: I love playing volleyball, being on the water in a kayak or on a paddleboard, and going on ice cream dates with my daughter.
