Stop the Risk

Stop the Risk supports people experiencing homelessness and substance use by providing a safe, harm-reduction-focused pathway toward stability, recovery, and permanent housing. Through intensive case management, community, outreach, and meaningful opportunities for engagement, we help individuals reduce harm, pursue their personal goals, and build a foundation for long-term well-being.
