Men of the Community

Men of the Community was funded to reduce fatal overdoses in Erie neighborhoods experiencing the highest overdose rates, particularly communities of color. Through targeted street outreach, the organization will distribute naloxone, fentanyl test strips, and xylazine test strips directly to residents while providing education and connections to substance use support. As a Pennsylvania Overdose Prevention Program partner, it will also supply these resources to local businesses, churches, community centers, and other neighborhood organizations.
