The Legal Clinic for the Disabled (LCD) promotes inclusion, independence, and justice for low-income people with disabilities, chronic health conditions, mental health diagnoses, and the deaf and hard of hearing. They provide free legal help to overcome barriers that threaten health, safety, and quality of life.
