Black Men Heal

Black Men Heal is a nonprofit that provides FREE mental health treatment-both individual and group therapy to Men of Color. Our offering to the community is a safe space that provides the opportunity to heal from Intergenerational trauma and systemic racism. We pair the men with therapists of color who can attend to their unique cultural experinces.

Black Men Heal was funded to expand culturally responsive mental health support for men of color through free individual therapy and its weekly Kings Corner psychoeducational group. The organization also strengthens the behavioral health workforce by supporting therapists of color and helping men pursue roles as peer advocates, community health workers, and certified peer specialists.
