The Arthur Project expanded access to therapeutic mentoring for middle school students by pairing them with graduate social work students serving as clinicians-in-training. Through a comprehensive, school- and community-based model, the program combined individualized mentoring with small group programming, family engagement, academic advocacy, leadership development, community-based activities, and school-based mental health services. As the organization expanded into Philadelphia, it established partnerships with local schools of social work and community organizations to strengthen youth mental health, foster resilience, and support academic success.
