The RISE Partnership will provide capacity building and technical assistance services to the City of Philadelphia in direct service to Community Expansion Grant (CEG) grantees and in coordination with Equal Measure. The RISE Partnership will establish a technical assistance and capacity building program that directly strengthens the City’s 31 CEG grantees’ evaluation, data collection, and reporting; financial; and programmatic infrastructure and positions the organizations to grow in scale and strengthen their impact.
