Elias Kohn is an attorney and founder of Kimberton Law, where he primarily represents and advises local and closely held businesses, particularly in the healthcare and environmental sectors. Before founding Kimberton Law, Elias practiced at a class action and complex litigation firm in Philadelphia and served as an Assistant District Attorney for the City of Philadelphia.
Elias holds a law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School, a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment, and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Southern California. His academic work reflects an interest in systems thinking and resilience, including law review articles examining how infrastructure, incentives, and resource allocation shape disaster response.
Fun Fact: I have built several aquaponics systems, including one in downtown Los Angeles that raised tilapia alongside kale, tomatoes, and amaranth.
