Anju Suresh, CFA is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager on Glenmede’s Endowment & Foundation team, where she works with mission-driven organizations to develop investment strategies that support long-term financial objectives while aligning with organizational values and priorities. Her work focuses on investment strategy, portfolio construction, and mission-aligned investing.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Anju worked at a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to improving healthcare access and outcomes in underserved communities. Her work centered on expanding access to behavioral healthcare, particularly in areas affected by the opioid epidemic, while supporting investments designed to strengthen community health infrastructure and address inequities across healthcare systems.
Earlier in her career, Anju held sustainable investing roles at Allianz Global Investors, where she contributed to investment research around material ESG issues. She later joined Glenmede in 2022 and initially served on the firm’s Sustainable & Impact Investing team, supporting investment research, strategy development, and expanding access to catalytic, place-based, and high-impact investment opportunities.
