Through our grantmaking, we have had the honor of partnering with dozens of organizations doing amazing work to support their communities. These organizations worked swiftly to shift their programs to provide needed services throughout COVID-19 – we are truly in awe of what the staff at they have accomplished.
Last year, we provided wellness grants to 17 organizations to support the mental health and resilience of their staff members. Aligning these grants with our Cope. Recover. Grow. Framework, this was one of the first steps we took to cope with the stressors associated with the pandemic.
More than a year later we are moving toward recovery and these types of funds are still desperately needed. We have provided another round of $2,500 to support staff wellness programming for 20 of our current and past grantees.
