We fund organizations and projects which disrupt our current behavioral health space and create impact at the individual, organizational, and societal levels.
Our participatory funds alter traditional grantmaking by shifting power
to impacted communities to direct resources and make funding decisions.
We build public and private partnerships to administer grant dollars toward targeted programs.
We provide funds at below-market interest rates that can be particularly useful to start, grow, or sustain a program, or when results cannot be achieved with grant dollars alone.

Fab Youth Philly is a Philadelphia-based youth development organization that provides innovative, award-winning programming for youth, with focus on creating workforce development opportunities for teens ages 15-19. Since 2015, we’ve provided programming directly to more than 600 children, teens and young adults (and counting!). We utilize a strengths-based positive youth development framework designed to integrate three protective factors that research has shown to help youth thrive: 1. Positive Relationships between youth and adults and youth and their peers; 2. Clear, fair and high expectations; and 3. Opportunities to navigate, connect and be productive. For the Overdose Prevention and Community Healing grant, we plan to expand our youth programming and job opportunities for teens in Kensington. We are so proud to do our work in Kensington and alongside the other grantees.
