United Way Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey | Regional Pooled Wellness Fund

The Regional Pooled Wellness Fund, supported by the Samuel S. Fels Fund, the Independence Public Media Foundation, the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, and the Scattergood Foundation is focused on nonprofit staff wellness. 

Its primary purpose is to:

• Prevent burnout: It aims to offer opportunities for nonprofit staff to manage and avoid burnout.
• Foster community connections: The initiative encourages building relationships among nonprofit professionals.
• Promote wellness practices: It supports engaging in activities and strategies that enhance personal and interpersonal well-being. 

In essence, the Regional Pooled Wellness Fund is a collaborative effort to address the mental and emotional well-being of the nonprofit workforce in the Philadelphia region. The aim is to create a healthier and more resilient sector by investing in the people who work tirelessly to serve the community.
