We fund organizations and projects which disrupt our current behavioral health space and create impact at the individual, organizational, and societal levels.
Our participatory funds alter traditional grantmaking by shifting power
to impacted communities to direct resources and make funding decisions.
We build public and private partnerships to administer grant dollars toward targeted programs.
We provide funds at below-market interest rates that can be particularly useful to start, grow, or sustain a program, or when results cannot be achieved with grant dollars alone.

Funding will be used to support our overdose prevention efforts, education campaigns, and general outreach services as well as current operations and outreach in neighborhoods with the highest overdose rates.
The Everywhere Project (TEP) is addressing the worsening overdose crisis in Philadelphia, particularly among marginalized communities such as People Who Use Drugs, the unhoused, sex workers, and those facing socio-economic challenges. The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted service delivery models, increased risky behaviors, disrupted the drug supply chain, and led to the influx of dangerous adulterants like xylazine (“Tranq”), complicating efforts to manage the opioid overdose crisis. The awarded funding will support the provision of comprehensive, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed harm reduction services, respecting participants’ autonomy and independence. This funding will be used to support our overdose prevention efforts, education campaigns, and general outreach services as well as current operations and outreach in neighborhoods with the highest overdose rates. TEP’s goal is to address deficiencies in harm reduction services and prevent unnecessary overdose deaths. The funding will enable TEP to expand its programming and increase the accessibility and availability of harm reduction services across Philadelphia. This support will save lives and contribute to destigmatizing substance use while ensuring individuals receive the care and support they deserve.
