We fund organizations and projects which disrupt our current behavioral health space and create impact at the individual, organizational, and societal levels.
Our participatory funds alter traditional grantmaking by shifting power
to impacted communities to direct resources and make funding decisions.
We build public and private partnerships to administer grant dollars toward targeted programs.
We provide funds at below-market interest rates that can be particularly useful to start, grow, or sustain a program, or when results cannot be achieved with grant dollars alone.

The “Men of Courage”, is a male mentorship program that aims to guide at-risk young males into success and expose them to opportunities and resources that will navigate them towards a positive path in life.
The “Men of Courage”, is a male mentorship program that aims to guide at-risk young males into success and expose them to opportunities and resources that will navigate them towards a positive path in life. To help steer away from negative traps that can occur in urban communities. Too often we see the anger and destruction in the young males we serve and the impact of being in the state of a constant survival mindset. In a world full of distractions, our goal is to help foster a sense of hope and belonging while instilling a language of healing. To normalize the importance of self-care and speaking up about mental health challenges in the male population.
Men of Courage implements year-round mentorship. The program will host 1-2 workshops for the mentees, 1-2 workshops/ discussion groups with parents/caregivers, and 1-2 community events monthly, while still incorporating one-to-one social and emotional wellness check-ins, individual sessions, and group therapy.
We have created the initiative “ Family Matters: Healing the household”. T.E.A.M. Inc. recognizes in order to create a ripple effect of change we need to work with the fabric of the household to help instill lasting transformation through healing that will not only benefit our young males in the program but generations to come.
