We fund organizations and projects which disrupt our current behavioral health space and create impact at the individual, organizational, and societal levels.
Our participatory funds alter traditional grantmaking by shifting power
to impacted communities to direct resources and make funding decisions.
We build public and private partnerships to administer grant dollars toward targeted programs.
We provide funds at below-market interest rates that can be particularly useful to start, grow, or sustain a program, or when results cannot be achieved with grant dollars alone.

As Taller continues on a trajectory of growth out of a stable foundation, support from the Kensington Community Resilience Fund would allow our organization to: 1) adjust to modifications inspired by new leadership; 2) endure administrative challenges, fundraising changes, and institutional growth in the immediate future; and 3) remain on track with implementation of our strategic plan while strengthening our current administrative capacity.

To continue our track record of neighborhood impact, Taller must maximize internal resources and make gains in audience, outreach, and fundraising expansion. During this grant period, Taller will focus on three key points as outlined in our strategic plan: 1) investment in organizational leadership into the future; 2) expansion of financial capacity; and 3) concentrated focus on strengthening relationships with existing audiences and branching out to new ones.
