The funds that we receive will support and enhance our current activities that are tailored not only to aid in the individual's reintegration but also to address the broader impact of the overdose crisis on families and communities.
Our grant funds will be utilized to expand our existing programs, enhancing our capacity to serve more individuals and deepen the impact of our services. These programs have been carefully designed to align with and advance the Grant Focus Area of Community and Family Healing, especially during the overdose crisis:
continuous assistance, including personalized case management, mental health support, educational and vocational training, legal aid, and relapse prevention services.The funds that we receive will also support and enhance our activities that are currently are tailored not only to aid in the individual’s reintegration but also to address the broader impact of the overdose crisis on families and communities. Which will allow us to focus on building social connections and resilience and supporting the well-being of those affected by substance use. We will also use the funds to purchase and distribute care packages containing essential items to assist participants in settling into their environment at any stage of their journey.
