Newcomer Support and Jovenes Fuentes is focused on building social-emotional skills among youth.
Project Libertad’s Newcomer Support Programs provide a safe space for newcomer youth to build community, practice social-emotional learning, learn English, and adjust to a new life in the US.
Jovenes Fuertes is a 12-week social-emotional learning program created by a Latinx psychologist for Latinx youth, and is implemented in the classroom by teachers and counselors.
