PA FIRE

PA FIRE (Pennsylvania Fund for Immigrant Rights and Equity) is a statewide initiative led by the Pennsylvania Immigration Coalition (PIC) to protect immigrant rights, expand critical services, and advance long-term systems change across Pennsylvania. In playing a role on the PA FIRE advisory committee, the Scattergood Foundation is helping to guide strategy and advocate for increased philanthropic investment in supporting and protecting immigrant communities across the Commonwealth.

Through coordinated funding and collaboration, PA FIRE supports rapid response efforts, legal representation, community education, organizing, and policy advocacy aimed at protecting immigrant rights and advancing equity. By investing in both immediate community needs and long-term systems change, PA FIRE helps build stronger statewide infrastructure and greater capacity for immigrant-serving organizations and coalitions throughout Pennsylvania.

Since its inception in 2025, PA FIRE has developed a network of more than 15 funding partners who have invested over $2million in 38 immigrant-serving organizations across 26 counties.
