We fund organizations and projects which disrupt our current behavioral health space and create impact at the individual, organizational, and societal levels.
Our participatory funds alter traditional grantmaking by shifting power
to impacted communities to direct resources and make funding decisions.
We build public and private partnerships to administer grant dollars toward targeted programs.
We provide funds at below-market interest rates that can be particularly useful to start, grow, or sustain a program, or when results cannot be achieved with grant dollars alone.

The Prevention Fund grant will enable Broad Street Love (BSL) to continue our Behavioral Health Initiative aimed at increasing SUD-focused services for individuals receiving services at BSL or who are unhoused but residing in the immediate area.
The Prevention Fund grant will enable Broad Street Ministry DBA Broad Street Love (BSL) to continue our Behavioral Health Initiative aimed at increasing SUD-focused services for individuals receiving services at BSL or who are unhoused but residing in the immediate area.
This project helps to build capacity for BSL’s Concierges (case managers) to support guests impacted by substance use disorder to further their goals relating to mental health, managing substance use, harm reduction, housing, and stability. All Concierges can support guests with behavioral health challenges in accessing outpatient or inpatient care. We seek to enhance our existing resources with additional on-site partners to ensure effective, rapid response access to treatment when desired; to promote and host trainings on opioid overdose responses; and to emphasize substance use-related needs within our standard case management intake process.
