We fund organizations and projects which disrupt our current behavioral health space and create impact at the individual, organizational, and societal levels.
Our participatory funds alter traditional grantmaking by shifting power
to impacted communities to direct resources and make funding decisions.
We build public and private partnerships to administer grant dollars toward targeted programs.
We provide funds at below-market interest rates that can be particularly useful to start, grow, or sustain a program, or when results cannot be achieved with grant dollars alone.

The Prevention Fund will enable us to continue and enhance our work in job readiness courses, opioid prevention, and gun violence intervention. With this grant, we will be able to hire an additional instructor, allowing our Program Manager to effectively fill vital roles of employer liaison, employee advocate, and case manager. The Prevention Fund grant will allow A Path to Prosperity to graduate 100 students in the next year with a goal of 50% job attainment. Students who graduate will receive $500 each, enabling us to reinvestment $50,000 directly into the community. By reaching more individuals and addressing systemic poverty, addiction, and violence, we will create safe havens for adults who deserve a path forward in their journey. It is our goal with a Path to Prosperity to have long-term positive effects on the North Philadelphia communities we serve.
