Drexel University’s School of Education and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children were funded to develop the Medical Home at SCHC, an integrated outpatient clinic providing coordinated pediatric behavioral and physical healthcare to children and families in Philadelphia’s District 7 and surrounding communities. The clinic was designed to offer accessible, trauma-informed and bilingual services, including neurological and developmental assessments, connections to social and legal resources, and interdisciplinary care for underserved and immigrant families.
