Rowan College at Burlington County was funded to expand its partnership with Calm Clarity and develop a peer mentorship program focused on student mental health and well-being. The college will recruit, train, and support 10 student mentors—prioritizing first-generation, low-income, historically underrepresented, and adult learners—to share practical strategies for managing anxiety and support at least 100 peers. The initiative will elevate student leadership, strengthen belonging and trauma-informed practices across campus, and improve student engagement, retention, and degree completion.
