Project SAFE was funded to survey Black people who use drugs and develop strategies for reaching those who are not currently connected to harm reduction services. Through the Black Overdose Resilience Project, the organization will address stigma and misinformation, distribute naloxone and safer-use supplies, promote drug testing, and provide resources responsive to the needs of Black communities.
