Maternity Care Coalition was funded to support its MOMobile Family Therapy program, which provides weekly in-home individual and family psychotherapy to pregnant and parenting women enrolled in its home visiting programs. By pairing therapists with trusted community health workers, the program reduces barriers to behavioral health care and addresses perinatal depression, anxiety, trauma, and family relationship challenges. The program aims to strengthen family resilience, support healthy parent-child relationships, and improve outcomes for both parents and young children.
