CCTC was funded to implement a data analytics system and prepare its children’s behavioral health services for a transition to value-based care. By integrating clinical, financial, and workforce data, CCTC aims to strengthen organizational decision-making, better align services with the needs of children and families, improve quality and clinical outcomes, increase efficiency, and establish a pathway toward value-based payment and contracting.
