Chester Community Coalition was funded to provide counseling, community-based violence intervention, and case management to victims of violent injury treated at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. Through its Hospital-Linked Violence Intervention Program, the Coalition aims to address survivors’ holistic wellness needs while reducing retaliation, reinjury, hospital readmissions, and violence in the City of Chester.
