Al-Bustan Seeds of Culture received funding for Tabadul: Reflecting on our Experiences through the Arts program, a partnership with Northeast Hight School (NEHS). Tabadul used creative expression and art therapy to support immigrant and refugee students and families at NEHS. Through weekly workshops in visual art, writing, and podcasting, students explored issues related to identity, health, and wellbeing while building community and resilience. The program also provided therapeutic arts-based support for students experiencing social isolation and emotional distress.
