Our participatory funds alter traditional grantmaking by shifting power
to impacted communities to direct resources and make funding decisions.

We build public and private partnerships to administer grant dollars toward targeted programs.
Program Related Investments
We provide funds at below-market interest rates that can be particularly useful to start, grow, or sustain a program, or when results cannot be achieved with grant dollars alone.

Vision Philadelphia explores promising solutions that can improve city services and quality of life for all Philadelphians.
About
The Vision Philadelphia series was developed by a group of Philadelphia-based philanthropic organizations unified behind a desire for a brighter future. Drawing on their collective experience and insights from community partners, the funding partners identified key issues that the city faces and commissioned regional and national thought leaders to explore a series of promising solutions that can improve city services and quality of life for all residents.
