The Readiness component provides introductory knowledge and skill building for organizations in key concepts, tools, and resources for internal evaluation capacity building and performance management.
The fourth cohort of organizations includes:
This Readiness cohort is supported by the Scattergood Foundation and is comprised of a group of its grantees. “The Scattergood Foundation is excited to continue its work building skills within organizations to measure and communicate outcomes,” says Dr. Samantha Matlin, Senior Learning and Community Impact Consultant. “We hope that by offering Readiness to Scattergood grantees, organizations will be able to leverage Scattergood’s investment to grow their programming and enhance their impact.”
Each participating organization will receive eight hours of group training and up to two hours of individual consultation over four months. Individual consultation may include tailored resources to organizations ready to continue learning skill development outside of RISE. After the organization successfully completes the Readiness component, they are able to join the Sustainability component which currently includes 100 alumni organizations.
