Leveraging the Opportunity to Transform the Environment to Foster Better Reentry
Grantee
The Mayor's Office of Reintegration Services (RISE) underwent a re-branding and program model shift from a unilateral service delivery model to a hybrid model.
About
This new model will incorporate service delivery while maximizing RISE’s service partner portfolio and creating the infrastructure to support increased coordination and alignment of reentry support services. During this project RISE will relocate to a new space that will help them embody the hybrid model and better support their participants as the hub of an increasingly integrated system.
