We fund organizations and projects which disrupt our current behavioral health space and create impact at the individual, organizational, and societal levels.
Our participatory funds alter traditional grantmaking by shifting power
to impacted communities to direct resources and make funding decisions.
We build public and private partnerships to administer grant dollars toward targeted programs.
We provide funds at below-market interest rates that can be particularly useful to start, grow, or sustain a program, or when results cannot be achieved with grant dollars alone.

Last week, the Readiness and Implementation cohorts reconvened on September 9th and September 10th for their second group learning sessions to connect and learn from each other and apply the fundamentals of program evaluation through the development of logic models and data collection processes.
The Readiness and Implementation cohorts were among the first to view the latest RISE Partnership project – a video that highlights the growth and expansion of the initiative which launched in January 2019. Without further ado, the RISE Partnership team is so excited to share the official RISE Partnership video!
Join us on a journey with familiar faces (from partners to funders of the partnership) to learn what makes the RISE Partnership a critical part in improving the effectiveness and capacity of nonprofits serving Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. Please share the video to help amplify the conversation on our learnings as we continue to strengthen the impact of the work we do.
The RISE Partnership would not be possible without the support and dedication of our participating organizations, funders, and program team at the Scattergood Foundation and The Consultation Center at Yale.
Thank you to our funders:
